Aico's inspiration for CIFI Plaza Beijing is rooted in the desire to create a three-dimensional city with variable spaces. The design breaks away from the typical floor-by-floor layout, instead opting for multiple public highlight spaces and multiple entrance levels above the ground. The facade reveals these indoor highlight spaces, allowing maximum interaction between the interior and the urban environment.

What sets CIFI Plaza Beijing apart is its unique location and purpose. As an infill project, it is situated in the core business area of Fangshan District. The design aims to incorporate social and public spaces into the project, providing a community living room for the surrounding neighborhoods. This approach transforms the shopping center from a mere commercial space into a hub for community interaction.

With a total construction area of 47,788 square meters and a retail area of 25,640 square meters, the design effectively utilizes the available space.
